To start a return or exchange, please click here.
We will only ship to the address that you submit through the checkout process. Please ensure that it is 100% accurate prior to checking out. Items that are returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect address will incur a re-ship fee.
Returns received within 7 days of when you receive your item(s) will be eligible for a refund. After 7 days returns or exchanges are eligible for a store credit. No returns after 14 days will be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you received an item that is damaged or incorrect please contact us immediately.
If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or not the size ordered you have 3 business days from the time you receive your order to contact us. Please send an email, preferably with pictures, to hello@bffhere.com
After 3 business days, we are unable to replace or refund damaged items.
Return Deadline:
- You must contact us prior to sending an item back and obtain a return authorization number with a return address. If you do not, we are not liable for your return and the return will not be processed.
- All returns must be sent back via USPS. Do not send returns back via UPS.
Returns must be mailed and postmarked no more than 7 days from the date the return authorization is sent to the client.
Returns older than 7 days will incur a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the return payment method. After 30 days, returns will not be accepted and will be returned back at to the customer at their expense. Refunds will not be processed until the item is received. If the item is not received back, we will make the assumption the client decided to keep the item and no refund will be processed.
Condition:
All returned items must be received by us in the same condition as originally shipped. If an item is broken, damaged, or appears to have been worn, no credit will be issued and customer will have to pay the shipping cost to have it returned.
We are not responsible for damages to clothing or accessories caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
Clothing, jewelry (earrings, necklaces, rings, anklet), and shoes may not be exchanged or returned after wear. Items noted “final sale” are not returnable.
All swim suits are final sale.
Return Shipping:
Customers must pay all shipping costs associated with returns. Shipping is nonrefundable. Customers must track returned items and purchase shipping insurance if they chose to do so. Packages lost or damaged during transit to our facility are the responsibility of the shipping agent. Any claims for such must be filed directly with the shipping agent by the customer. Refunds will not be processed until the merchandise is received. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the merchandise back.
Exchanges:
If you have received an item and would like to exchange for the same item in a different size, please follow the return guidelines. We will process the exchange once the item is received back.
WE CAN NOT HOLD ITEMS FOR A RETURN.
Gift Returns:
Store credits are linked directly to the account used to make the purchase. If you are returning an item that was received as a gift, and you would like the credit applied to a separate account, you must email us at bffherereturns@gmail.com with the confirmation to which account the credit will be applied to.
