**$6.99 Flat Rate Ground Shipping & Free Ground Shipping Over $75.00 applies to orders placed/shipped in the United States Only.

Partial Shipments & Multiple Warehouse Fulfillment

 

  • Orders may be fulfilled and shipped in multiple shipments.
  • BFF Here utilizes multiple warehouses and fulfillment partners; as a result, items within a single order may ship separately and arrive at different times.
  • By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to receive partial shipments.
  • Available items will be shipped as they become available, and remaining items will be shipped upon fulfillment.
  • Separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment.

 

***Please note:   Labels are preprinted as part of the fulfillment process. 

  • BFF Here is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact USPS or UPS with your tracking number for further assistance.  
  • Products marked delivered by the Post Office/UPS. You will need to contact your local Post Office/UPS branch to obtain information regarding your package.
  • Multiple orders shipping to the same address maybe consolidated and shipped together.

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. 

International orders will be shipped by the DHL or USPS and are not eligible for flat rate shipping or free shipping. BFF Here is not responsible for any import duties that may be charged to customer.  Import duties are the responsibility of the customer. 

All orders (Contingent USA ) to be shipped within 7-10 business days (sometimes it can take up to 14 business days) of purchase unless otherwise noted. Weekends and holidays are not included in business days.  Business days are Monday-Friday only.  Merchandise will be shipped ground by the USPS or UPS.  

Please note: International orders may take up to 60 days to be delivered.

This timeframe includes both shipping and potential delays caused by customs (Each country has their own processing time and procedures). While most orders arrive sooner, we kindly ask that you keep this extended timeframe in mind when placing your order.

PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

We occasionally have some of our items listed as pre-order products. Due to the limited availability and nature of these products, we have very limited stock. We do collect payment for pre-orders up front and once we have received payment, your order is guaranteed. As soon as the item arrives we will ship it to you immediately. While we try to give an accurate ETA for the arrival, we can not guarantee that it will arrive by this date.  Some items may arrive later that stated.  We cannot control the forces behind the shipping manufacturer.  If for any reason, a change in the status of a pre-order should occur, we will do our best to update the product page on the website will be updated.
