Dreamer - Polka Dot Nail Polish

It is a clear based polish with purple and blue neon polka dot glitters scattered throughout. The glitters come in a variety of sizes and we included a small amount of tiny short blue bars to compliment the look. You can wear this over any color and have a different look every time.
