Halloweenie! Is a fabulous Halloween color combo!!! It has a clear base and a mixture of different sizes of matte black and orange hexagons make up this combo. It is perfect for Halloween! It looks incredible over "MANY" other colors (see the swatches up above). It is meant to be worn as a top coat! This polish has a smooth finish after applying a top coat.
