Mind Blowing - Fairy Dust Nail Polish

Mind Blowing is such an incredibly amazing, show-stopping, head turning top coat that was made to be applied over the polish of your choice.

We feel a BLACK BASE COAT shows off this polish at its best. Any other base color works with this topper as well, but might not have such a dramatic effect.

This polish has a color shift from BLUES, to PURPLES, to PINKS with that gorgeous rainbow effect as well and has a high shimmer. Under certain lights it has a very cool metallic look!
