Super Star - Rainbow Sparkle Nail Polish

It is a CLEAR base polish that requires 2 to 3 coats to achieve full coverage on your nails.

Make sure you move your nails from side to side in direct sunlight or any bright lighting situation to see the rainbow sparkle effect!! IT'S AMAZING!!!

Directions:  After you put a base coat color on, you should apply 1 to 2 coats of this neon topper on top of your base color choice. Please apply a thick top coat to seal in the glitter and allow for a smooth finish!
